What is Rebel Rhythm Cycle?

Rebel Rhythm Cycle is an indoor-cycling studio that focuses on high intensity, low impact cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography.

What makes us different you ask? First thing’s first. We do not ride to monitors, numbers, or stats. There is zero competition. Second, we pedal to the beat of the music and combine each stroke with upper body movement. Third and finally, Rebel isn’t just the name of our studio, it’s literally who we are.

We welcome rebels from all walks of life. We encourage, challenge, and empower riders of all skill levels to clip in and show up as the best version of themselves1

We come together to stand in our purpose, and we’re here to empower and encourage you on your journey to better physical and mental health.

FAQ’s:

What to expect

Every class is a little different, but every class is adaptable to your fitness level. Our classes take place in a warm, intimate room. All classes are rhythm based, meaning we ride and move to the beat. There are no monitors or numbers at Rebel. There is no competition. So listen to your body throughout the ride, and adjust the resistance on your bike accordingly.

For first time riders: please show up 15 minutes early and let your instructor know once you arrive. When you arrive, we’ll show you around the studio, and take you to your bike where we’ll help get your bike set up specifically for you. From there, the music will start and class will begin.

What to bring

Our bikes require cycling shoes with SPD clips. Don’t have any? Don’t worry. You can borrow ours.

Here’s what we provide: clean towels, storage for personal items, restrooms, hair ties, etc. We also have a refillable water bottle station to keep you hydrated.

When to arrive

We ask that you arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes before your class to ensure you have proper time for us to show you the studio, help you set up your bike, get settled in, and ready to roll!

What to wear

Whatever you're most comfortable in that will cause the least distraction. You are going to SWEAT. Therefore, we recommend form-fitting leggings or shorts that won’t interfere with the pedals, and a tank, tee, or sports bra. Bring shoes with SPD clips if you have them!

Cancellation Policy

All class reservations must be canceled 12 hours prior to the start of your class time or your account will be charged a $10 no-show fee.

Waitlist Policy

Do not be discouraged. Our classes do fill up, but as class approaches, there are unexpected cancellations and sometimes “no-shows”. If you are just starting your journey at Rebel and haven’t quite got the hang of booking class, please call us at 916-790-8816 so we can help you with the booking process.
